Please note: As we prioritize delivering the highest museum-grade quality, processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of high order volume or due to production requirements. We appreciate your patience as each piece is meticulously inspected before dispatch. If your order is expected to take significantly longer, we will contact you directly via email.

Shipping Rates & Estimates We offer worldwide shipping from Japan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes  Customs duties and taxes are not included. You may be charged upon delivery. Headshot Posters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Damages Headshot Posters is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us via our contact page with photos of the product and packaging.
