Refund Policy

All Sales are Final (Made-to-Order) Because each artwork is custom-printed specifically for your order to ensure the highest quality, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item,  please contact us via our contact page. To process a replacement or refund for damaged goods, please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the damaged product and the packaging

Once we evaluate the issue, we will make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost to you or issuing a refund.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Returns Process If a return is accepted (e.g., EU cooling-off or special cases), Contact us for the return address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
